But in case if you receive damaged or missing goods, then we will exchange it if the same product is in stock. If not, then you will be given a coupon of same price which you can use on our website for further purchase.

How to avail exchange?
Whenever you receive the parcel, you need to make a 360° parcel opening video, starting from showing the label and full packed parcel, then opening it to fully checking of the product including the working condition of it. The issue should be very clear in the video. If then, the product is found to be damaged or missing then you can mail this video to minicreationstudio@gmail.com . Our team will check the whole issue and if your video will be as same as mentioned above then it will get approved.

After approval you will be eligible for the exchange If the same product is in the stock and if not then our team will share you the coupon code of the same price.

In case of exchanging the product, we will share you the label of it which you need to stick on the parcel. The product should be fully well packed ,unused and unworn like you received otherwise your exchange will be disapproved. Then the courier guy will collects it and when we receive the parcel we will reship your exchanged one.
